Dear Sir, Ma'am:

I own two wonderful Tell City Glider Rockers, Solid Hard Rock Maple, beautiful. I have received parts from you a few years ago for one of these, so I may be in your computer system. The other day, one of the rubber supports for the seat pad broke. It is oval shaped and fits over a piece of bent metal rod on each end to suspend the pad on which the seat rests. I would like to order two (2) of these (one for a spare). The chair is still usable, but with three supports remaining on the back edge of the seat support, an undue strain is applied to the remaining three (especially when my 200 lbs. sit on it).

My address is: Robert Jarrett, 428 Lake Front Drive, Warner Robins, GA 31088, phone (478)923-5850. Thank You!
