They look like they are stuck in permanently but if you pry on the ridge, along the pivoting edge, the swivel stem should pop out with just a little effort. Then you can take out one more and with it go to the store for a replacement. The new one will pop back into the socket with a little thump from a hammer and screw driver, insert the screw driver at the base of the new swivel stem for posetive force.
