Duncan Phyfe was one of the most successful furniture makers ever. From about 1790 - 1856 he made some of the most esquisite furniture ever to grace the homes of our country. At one point he owned an entire city block with over 100 skilled woodworkers. If you had an authentic period Duncan Phyfe, at minimum it could be worth 10's of thousands of dollars, and at the most, pieces he and his company made have sold for a million or more. Most are in museums or private collections. If you have a photo, send it to me or post a link here. Good luck.
