Start with a liquid stripper with a metholene chloride base. Rinse with lacquer thinner, and steam out the dents with a clothes steamer or a hose fixed to your handy capchino machine. Light sand, avoid filler, and look for a teak oil, Watco makes one, but their oil stains are good too, teak is beautiful all on it's own and won't need a stain. Varnish if it will be out of doors. If inside you can shellac or wax as you see fit.
