Nancy -- You have the maker's name, manufacturing location and state, you have about 25% of the investigation work done. During my investigations, I have had success contacting people in the towns, Mayor's office, Chamber of Commerce etc. Salamanca NY has a web site cityofsalamanca.com that shows contact information and phone numbers.
