Dining set restoration

Hi, I just bought a dining set (table and four chairs). The table is stamped "White Furniture Co. Lot#820-3" on the bottom and the chairs are also labeled "White Furniture Co., Mebane NC."

I don't anything about furniture, I was wondering if anyone knows much about this manufacturer...

Also, the chairs have mesh/woven wicker backs, but a few are badly torn. How would I go about replacing the backing?
