Recently I found a vanity in a salvation store and knew in a minute that I had to have it. I am not someone who restores furniture but my grandmother had one of these vanities and I use to sit before it and play opening the drawsers and see all of my grandmothers perfumes, hairbrushes and make-up. I have always wanted one of these vanities. I am stripping it right now and also trying to find out some information about it. Is there a way to find out what year exactly it was made? There is a gold medal tag in the middle drawer that says F.S. Armon Meg. Co, Tacoma, Washington. I have searched the web but can not find anything on the company. I believe it is a 1930 walnut "waterfall" veneer vanity. The mirror is not round but square shaped with smooth corners. Can anyone give me advise on how I would find out the age of it?

I am very new to this and would appreciate any information you could give me. Thank you so very much!
