Can't help on what the game is but on the felt. If you do not feel like you can re dye (which should be your first option) and must replace, chances are that the felt is glued down with hot hide glue, which is what you should use if you must replace it. Felt can be bought at any fabric store-get the best quality. To remove the old you must either scrape it off or scrape it off using a bit of moisture to help soften the adhesive. A dampened washcloth will work-hot is better. But--please try to dye the old felt to rejuvinate if you must do something.
