I just picked up an antique wicker doll buggy at a barn sale. It is in great shape except for the wheels. They are rubber with a wire inner frame. The rubber has cracked and broken away in many places. It had black electrical tape wrapped around to keep the wire from being exposed. Is there a way to replace the rubber ring? or any other solution other than the electrical tape? I am in the Kansas City area.
