There's a myriad of places to get replacement hardware..you need to measure the distance between the holes and then you'll know what will fit...as for the shelf supports, if they are loose it may mean the wood around them has become worn and just replacing them will not fix the problem..if their are other holes above and below, inspect the two and see if you notice the wear...the simplest fix is to simply choose another hole thats not worn and move the shelves slightly up or down...you might also be able to buy larger supports and drill the holes out to the larger peg size...start with www.Vandykes.com or www.woodworker.com and search in the respective hardware areas..
