Hardware for cabinet

My grandmother gave me a 100-year-old glass display cabinet which has wood shelves inside. The bar-shaped handle on the door is missing and needs to be replaced. Also, I don't know what they're really called (dowels?), but the pegs with the flat platforms on which the shelves rest all are extremely loose and need to be replaced. Can you tell me where I might find such hardware and what the real name of those little pegs is? I plan to keep her china in the cabinet, like she did on her farm growing up, so they need to be strong. Thanks so much!

Shana
