Re: HELP!! Found mystery table and need to identif

My great grandfather and his brother Edmund Brandts partnered with Mr. Mersman in a furniture company, of which one factory was in Celina Ohio. The elder J.B. Mersman started a sawmill in the 1870's, and it evolved into a table and furniture factory with Edmund Brandts about 1906. They were known for high quality. I believe the factory remained in business until about the early 70's. A distant cousin has a Brandts couch, which i covet. They had is recovered in a beautiful leather, and is of a quality (meaning frame, too) that you don't see much of today. I've just been saying to family how I'd love to find a piece or two to purchase.
