Did you use any stain?...or just finish the wood?...How'd it look when you sanded between coats...did each successive coat go on nicely?...sometimes the flattening agents can cause a streaky look if they're not stirred up well and dispersed evenly in the finish...I am having a hard time envisioning what streaky,blotchy, and rough looking really means, is all that just the finish film?..or are you talking about the wood too?...all of those can be caused by different things,,,did you do a final rub out?....you could wet sand the whole top down with 320 and then recoat again....but it's hard to know how to direct you...can you send a pic or two???
