I believe you'll have to make this or have it made...it's quite common on English furniture, and it's usually a thin strip of wood mitred around the drawer that has a finished edge...probably just a simple round over. I make them all the time..and because they differ greatly in size and wood type,etc...I don't believe it's a detail you will find commercially available.
