Rocking chair

Help needed identifying what era my rocker is from. The most pronounced thing about it is the back which is solid, shaped in a oval and measures 22" across and 18" down. The wood is very dark on the back and very worn elsewhere. I would like to refinish it and know what to call it. Thanks
