Hello Karen: I found your question on the antique furniture restoration board and am sorry I can't answer it. However it occurs to me that you may have some leads for me. I have the same chair in need of a couple of shocks. Did you turn up any after market sellers of same? I'm somewhat aghast at the Herman Miller process and price for replacements ($239/two) and am considering doing it myself but don't know of any on-line (preferably) replacement part suppliers. Can you help me with some leads? Thanks in advance.
