Andrew, how many square feet are you talking about treating...is it just spot treating ...or are you wanting to treat the whole roof and all the timbers? This may not be an easy job, typically you have to saturate the area with a warm solution....overhead this will be difficult...you'll probably be better off covering the plywood with a thin layer of clean wood...be it plywood, t&g, paneling, or whatever.. and just treating the timbers....but depending on how bad the stains are and how deep....the results will be mixed.Pick an out of the way spot and experimant...
