Possibly less than before being refinished. It all depends on the condition the piece was when it was stripped, if it only needed cleaning and tightening up then it is worth less, most likely. If it was a painted mess then it will be worth a little less that the mint condition piece, provided the job was done well. The best way to know the answer to this question will have to be appraised in the presence of the piece so that a true accesment can be made.
