Where is the crack? is it at the joint? or lower down on the leg. As James suggests, either dowels or a mortise and tenon joint hold this together to the apron. If the joint is loose itself then fixing the crack will only be a temporary fix and the leg could easily break again. Also if the joint is loose then it's quite possible that more of them are loose as that's usually the case.Usually it's not a huge deal to remove the top from the apron/leg assembly and the disassemble the base and reglue it properly
