You can clean them with lemon oil and or a cream polish, like Bristol Cream Polish, many grocery stores actually sell a white cream polish in with the Pledge (gag). The glue should be repaired with a Liquid Hide glue from a decent Hdw. store, open the joint and scrape out any old glue. Replace with fresh glue and clamp tightly, this can be done with a rope and tourniquet stick if you don't have furniture clamps, pad the corners to avoid marks. The glass is not avaible in any old form, except from old windows and storms found at garage sales, or the dump. As for a dealer, you can send a scrap of the old glass to a restorer, and they may have a piece of the same color, etc. I do this for my customers, but the packaging and shipping does add some cost, so check locally if you don't like the idea of having to removing it from an old window.
