A safe that old probably doesn't hold that much value as it really isn't something that someone would use to safeguard valuables today. A 1931 burglary rating means that by todays standards it's probably pretty easy to crack. Another big negative to a safe like this is that it probably weighs upwards of 800-1000lbs...I believe Mosler is still in business today...and they can shed some light on the numbers and value of this safe...but in my experiance it will be hard to even give it away...
