I have done more searching about the Derby Desk and found some history about the company @
Have you seen this? It seems the Derby Desk Company became the Doten-Dunton Desk Co. in 1902. That would seem to indicate the desks we have with the Derby Desk brass tag wold be at least 102 years old.
