There are many topcaots you could use ...nothing wrong with Minwax Polurethane in the spray can...it should dry tack free in about an hour and a half... Behen's Master Gel, or a waterborne acrylic like Last'n Last or Moser's, or even shellac...all will suffice...be careful to apply an even film with each coat, sanding in between with 400 wet/dry after proper dry times, ad finish with a rub out with 4"0" steel wool and a paste wax..
