Most likely you need a good wood glue and some clamps. A cargo strap may work if you don't have a pipe clamp, they can be rented from a rental company or hdw store. Bicycle tubes can also be made to hold while glueing, a stick, twisted around can sinch up a lot of pressure. Use a tape measure to insure that the legs are in the proper spaceing as the glue sets up, have every thing at the ready since the glue will start to set in as little as 10 minutes. New glue must have bare wood to attach to.
