The tires are avaible in only a few sizes, try vandyke's.com I remake them with a solid rubber used to make bunji cord, sold at many hdw stores. I cut a good tight fit then put the two ends together with the very fast and viscous super glue. Wear gloves as sticking one tiny bit to the rubber and your finger can be a big problem. The new tire will pop on the rim snugly for a streach tight fit.
