Thank you for this forum. I just found it and an delighted. I am just getting into antiques and I purchased an old tea cart with wood wheels that have a rubber 'tire', that appears to have a metal core. The rubber is deteriorating and I was wondering how,and with what to replace it. The spoked wheels are loose, but I think I can figure out how to remove them and reglue them.Getting the spokes out, might be a chore however. I would appreciate any tips you might have. Thanks for your assistance.
