Hi. My name's Lloyd and I'm an artist that has acquired 8 40/4 chairs. They are originally painted black and it has some kind of textured finish that is not inherent with the steel used. Anyway, many have been covered in many types of water and oil based paints and I wish to obtain some advice as to removing this paint without stripping the chair of it original paint finish. I thank anyone for their assistance in advance.
