Stages of quality inspection at S W Khan Exports

Preliminary production inspection Prior to the start of production for any order, our production manager inspects the raw material as per the requirement of the client and his country. Materials for color and finishing chemicals, production capacity & efficiency and ensures that Eco friendly chemicals are used.

In line inspection This is undertaken at different stages of execution with special checking of first production sample. This inspection fixes the parameters to dimension, standard of raw material, shrinkage & moisture factors, appearance, property, labeling, packing approval etc.

Final consignment inspection It consists of maintaining all the shipping marks, final marking and random packed goods inspection, in accordance with international quality standard or as per the law of the country.
