Have Dining romm table,about 30 yrs old.I folded a table cloth in double and emptied the china closet on to the table.Two weeks later there was rings all over from glasses to plates. Some how it went right through the finish,down to the wood..Is Verner(BERILE-? wood-light color).I used Acetone and it did nothing,so I dont think its lacquer.How would I test if its varnish or something else.What would be a good striper to remove a poly type or varnish.
