I found a very old Lane cedar chest. The exterior is now cleaned and some of the veneer is yet to be reglued, but my question is about the interior cedar wood. Do I need to do anything to it?????? Information on the Internet relates only to the recall issue of dangerous latches, which is not a part of this chest, and no mention of care of the cedar wood.....does it simply "care" for itself?
