Thank, James. I am looking into finding someone to repair this bed, but it is not a great antique, just a precious family heirloom. I don't want to spend a fortune repairing it. My brother has a friend who is a cabinet maker. Do you think he could fix it, or do I need a furniture restorer? The legs will most likely not be very visible when the bed is "dressed". Thanks, Nancy
