WOW! I just got a block out of my house, (after a divorce situation)It had come from a Kosher butcher in NJ that had his butcher shop for 65 years and finally closed his doors in 1983. It is 24 x 24 and 12 inches deep, and stands on 4 giant maple legs. I'd love to find out more about refinishing it, just the sides.
