referred to as "cockbeading", I haven't seen it for sale...usually has to be made , but it's a fairly straight forward process with a round over bit and table saw...are you sure it's applied on the front and not a seperate piece laid on around the drawer fronts?...often it is done that way and is a strip with a rounded edge and is mitered around the drawers and doors..on later veneered pieces however, it can be an applique and just face glued on the veneer, which makes it more delicate and more prone to being broken and lost....
