Anyone jump in here if I am wrong, please. My understanding of Duncan Phyffe is the "style". What I have seen of Duncan Phyffe is all of it is made from Mahogany. Duncan Phyffe was a man, an artist, who never really made furniture. But the furniture style was patterened after his artistic style. Duncan Phyffe is very recognizable. Do you have a photo? We have a Duncan Phyffe mahogany dining table and chairs, and a small table that we cannot determine the use of, because is it so small and short. Do a search on the internet on Duncan Phyffe, and perhaps an article about the man will pop up. That is how I discovered it. Hope this somewhat helps.
