Sorry to burst your bubble., but the land that Salamanca is on IS owned by the Seneca Indians, and IS part of the reservation. I have had family there since 1938. And I spent much time there at my grandmother's and cousins homes. They just opened a new Casino there. One of my cousins still lives there in the home that my granparents bought in 1938.
