You might want to try taking one or two clear digital photos of 1. the entire safe front (door, frame, dial and bolt control handle, botom edges to include wheels or casters if any) 2. the backside of the the door with the steel cover panel in place, then with the panel removed to the lock and bolt works and either posting a link to them.
You could also try posting the photos or links to them at clearstar.com, a site that is monitored by safemen from US and elsewhere. There is a Public Forum there for nonmembers where you can ask questions.
