If you either post your city name or at least your general area, I might be able to refer you a professional safe technician near you who can open your safe and get it working.
Look in the Yellow Pages under "Safes" first, Locksmiths second.
Last, you can try visiting clearstar.com. This is the most active and well-attended lock and safe technicians' website. There is a Public Forum there where you can post your questions and get referrals to people in your area who do the work you need to have done. There's also a directory of members which is searchable by state.
