Forsyth Furniture Company was in Winston Salem, North Carolina. I have a couple of pieces from their "Dining Suit", the china hutch and the buffet. These I inherited from my Grandmother who bought them second hand in rural Alabama back in the 1930s. They originally came with a very large dining room table and lots of chairs. I'm told that when my grandparents moved to a new house the dining table and chairs wouldn't fit so they got rid of them. I restored the buffet 15 years ago and it looks great. The china hutch I haven't gotten around to yet and the finish has those really tiny cracks in it. Madeleine
