I own one of those tables, in fact it is my dining room table. It has written on the bottom:
Perfection Table Slide Mec. Co. Watertown - Wisconsin The Warfield Patented Feb, 23, 1937 No. D-103303
It seems that this inscription describes the maker of the sliding mechanism, Perfection Table Slide Manufacturing, and the patent related.
I found some information about this company in
http://www.watertownhistory.org/Articles/WatertownTableSlide.htm
If you find something new, please keep me informed.
By the way, this table in spite of being build in USA, at least the sliding mechanism, it is now in Portugal...
Regards
