The safest method is to cast and remake them with a mold made of a craft material. Once you have a negative shape, use wax or Pam cooking spray as a release agent, you can make positive shapes to your hearts content. Assumeing you have a good original to copy, use the epoxy putty, Quickwood, for a sturdy replacement. These parts will take a little stain but a glaze or lacquer spray toner is best to achieve a good color match with the stained wood. If you must have them ready to use, or made from wood (some are pretty rough) go to Van Dyke's.com I have other sources I will look up in case they don't have the perfect match.
