Hi All,
Here is what I have. It is a four shelf Globe Wernicke Book Case with curved bottom with storage with a standard (seemly so) top. Each of the four shelves has leaded glass that is almost perfect, except for 3 small cracks in the glass. All of the copper bands are intact with original nails and are perfect. THe labels are perfect and unrestored. The drawer labels are as follows:
1.) D-8.5 Unit, Pattern 108, Grade 598 2.) D-8.5 Unit, Grade 598 3.) D-10.25 Unit, Grade 598 4.) D-12.25 Unit, Grade 598
I have never seen another unit like this one and would love to know it's time period and anyway to put a value on it. The leaded glass is gorgeous and the unit is in wonderful shape. Any help is appreciated. Feel free to answer this privately if you would like.
Thanks,
Marc
