If you saved a section of the old glass that would be helpful. I have been saving old glass from old storm windows for this purpose. You could do the same, go around to the garage sales in your area, look for them in the old part of town. Then take one that looks right to a glass shop and have them remove and cut the glass for you. Since removing old glass is tricky, as is cutting since it is now brittle, due to age.
