The watco is only an oil and is intended for specialty items that won't be getting wet, like picture frames, art, jewlery boxes, or things that you want to re-oil from time to time. You can add some more coats and apply with 0000 steel wool to take out the water spots, or 1000 grit wet/dry sand paper, then apply a couple coats of wax, repeat the waxing from time to time. I am using shellac buffed with steel wool(no surprise) over watco for items that are in light duty areas, or a couple coats of lacquer is better, deft is a good choice here. As for the AT,or DOT, that is to keep spamers computers from reading my e mail address and sending randm messages, try it it works.
