Antique brass bed restoration in Florida

I work for someone who owns an antique brass bed (date unknown) and he was looking for an expert/restorer to look over the bed and tell him what it needs to be restored.

I was wondering if you know of anyone who is knowledgeable about these beds or is a restorer in the state of Florida, United States. We live in the Tampa, Florida area. He also needs this person to be able to get him the antique hardware that is needed.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
