Any good hardware store will ahve a bottel of the new Liquid Hide Glue, it is best to use since you won't have to clean the old glue down to the wood. Just scrape off the loose glue and apply the new glue right over top of the old. Wieght it down or clamp for best results, you may have to make a clamping frame if the whole thing has come apart, since all the little sticks need to be snug to look right.
