I am building a house and have an opportunity to purchas an Excelsior Stove Works 4 burner cast iron stove. Not restored but in really really good shape. Have to decide if it would be worth it to purchase and install or keep looking for better brand? I can get it for 250.00. Also - will old stoves pass new building inspection codes?
