ANTIQUE FURNITURE RESTORATION DISCUSSION BOARD

I've inherited a Lane cedar chest (style no. 1965-50) that needs some non-trivial repair work. The feet are completely missing, what's left of the lid-support arm is mangled, only one of the four decorative knobs on the lower front of the chest is present, and there are only remnants of the metal lid seal remaining. I contacted Lane with my chest's serial number and requested a replacement lock and any info on replacement parts. The only info they gave me was the manufacture date (1966) and of course the new safety lock.
My question is, where do I find all of the above items? I can find a close match to the decorative knobs, but I've no idea where to even begin to look for the other hardware. And as for the feet, I don't even know what they're supposed to look like (I'm guessing they're definitely not bunn feet), much less where I could find something even close to matching.
Any help would be much appreciated!!!
