If they were mine,I'd take the glass out of the doors and test differant strippers on marked off areas to see which one works. Don't overlook windex,it will strip certain types of paint.I'd use a fresh sharp razor blade on little stuborn spots but I'd be afraid of steel wool as old glass has "flaws" that can become more pronounced if rubbed too hard.If you do use a razor without striping,wear protective glasses.
