Well here we go again... My wife has decided she wants her grand mothers old blonde suit cleaned and put in our extra bedroom...
It seems to be in good shape except for the pulls and a few minor cracks in the top surface of the chest.
What would you recommend for a finish after cleaning? What is good to clean off old brass pulls,purple cleaner,all types of thinners and brasso won't touch the stuff...has a clear like finish...will come off with wire brush with damage to surface.
You folks are great and I really enjoy the site...
again, I appreciate the help...
