Thanks for the advice. The crack is hair thin yet deep. Any ideas on how to force the epoxy completely into it? I'm considering breaking the bo completely in half so I can be sure to reach the entire damaged surface with the epoxy before clamping it together. (A bit radical, but the bo is a training tool and is expected to recieve a great deal of abuse so it has to be strong. Any part of the crack not reached may continue to spread.)
